Yella Venkateswara Rao is very very Famous for Indian classical musician(mridangam) and he is known for Nava Mridanga Bramha. yella venkateswara rao is one of the leading exponents of Mridangam. He started his music training at the age of 7 in vocals, violin and veena, apart from mridangam but, later, concentrated more on mridangam and trained under his uncle, Yella Somanna, a known mridangam guru. Dr. Yella Venkateswara Rao concert the best mridangam performances with M. S. Subbulakshmi, Ravi Shankar, Chembai, Semmangudi Srinivasa Iyer, M. Balamuralikrishna, L. Subramaniam, K. J. Yesudas, Amjad Ali Khan and he is credited with over 15,000 performances in India and abroad. He worked at the university for 27 years in various capacities such as the professor and head of the department of Music and, later, as the Dean of the School of Fine Arts.


Dr. Yella Venkateswara Rao name has been entered into the Guinness Book of Records for continuously playing the Mridangam for thirty six (36) hours. Yella Venkateswara Rao has concert the many best mridangam solo music shows in india. The Government of India Decide, He is best mridangam music player in the world and awarded him the fourth highest civilian honour of the Padma Shri, in 2008. Mridangam chakravarthy Dr. Yella Venkateswara Rao received the Gold Medal at the World Music Festival of Rome in 1981.

           Nedunuri Krishnamurthy was born in 1927 at Kothapalli, Pithapuram Taluka, East Godavari dt. Nedunuri Krishnamurthy is very very Famous for Carnatic Music and he is known for Nedunuri. Nedunuri Krishnamurthy learn the basics under influence of his mother who sang Ashtapadis, Tarangas and the Adhyatma Ramayana kritis after that he started initial training in Violin and Vocal from the Sri Dwaram Narasinga Rao Naidu. In 1949 he came under the influence of great master Sangita Kalanidhi - PadmaBhusan Dr. Sripada Pinakapani. Under his guidance formed a style of his own. Nedunuri krishnamurthy composed so many keerthanalu telugu songs and he give concert music shows in india and visited several countries, he also composed ramadasu keerthanalu and tyagaraja keerthanalu.


Krishnamurthy worked as Principal of S.V.College of Music and Dance He contributed to Annamacharya Project of the TTD He was named Asthana Vidwan of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and also of Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham The Madras Music Academy conferred on him the most prestigious title of Sangeeta Kalanidhi in 1991. He was very famous in indian Hindustani Carnatic classical music instumental vocal songs. Annamayya Pada Sourabham consisting of 108 annamayya keerthanalu compositions (set to tune by Nedunuri) with notation have been published. He is populared by carnatic fusion Vocalist sangeetham songs.
